Certifications. If my proposal is accepted and I participate in this program, I understand that I must:

1. Attend a virtual meeting May 14, 2025 from 9 – 10 a.m.

2. Attend the mini-retreat at the on August 21, 2025 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

3. Attend at least 3 of 5 small group check-in meetings per semester you are a fellow

4. Have all enrolled students complete on-line pre/post assessments to evaluate program outcomes.

5. Write a Friar Academic Resilience course blurb (50 – 75 words) and brief report summarizing students’ experiences and reflecting on the overall merits of the project.

6. Attend a post-luncheon to share reflections and debrief.
