TDF204 Voice & Speech

This section of Voice and Speech expands on current mindfulness meditation through incorporating the topics of self-compassion and self-care into the curriculum.  Students explore ways to mindfully care for their voice, body, and mind. Through the lens of Dr. Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset, students explore methods of self-care and mindfulness that can support their voice as well as their overall well-being.
