As part of a consulting team for Rise and Shine Café, we developed and executed multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract customers. Our strategy included leveraging social media, organizing on-campus events, and creating promotional materials to engage the target audience effectively. In addition to marketing, we provided financial guidance and strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability. By aligning marketing efforts with financial strategies, we worked to drive sustainable growth for the café. Our collaborative approach focused on optimizing resources and maximizing the café’s overall value.
