Dr. Stack’s Lab Research Takeover
Thanks to funding from the Rhode Island IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (@RIINBRE), we are investigating the metabolism of various drugs by human gut microbes over the summer. We are growing anaerobic bacteria, cloning their genes, purifying proteins, and then testing their effects on drug metabolism.
