At Beautiful Day Organization in Providence, RI, I was able to learn about different cultures through culinary arts. As a culinary arts graduate from Johnson and Wales University, I admired the tool that cooking gave me to express my creativity, culture, and values. When I cook with others, I am not only inspired to record the recipes to their unique dishes, but to learn about who they are and what they feel represented by.
