This exploratory study addressed the social justice issues faced by sex workers in the United States. It compared legislation in the United States to legislation in New Zealand where sex work is decriminalized. Focusing on the New Zealand Model helped to explore the problems facing sex workers in the United States while looking into the policies that make the laws in NZ so effective and relevant.
