In today’s world, where judicial transparency is crucial, everyone should be able to easily access public information for criminal cases. However, the way this information is currently presented makes it difficult to analyze on a large scale.
Our project aims to transform how we interact with these court records. By using technology like Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and machine learning, we plan to convert these hard-to-read documents into a machine-readable format. This means that all the valuable information buried in these records can be quickly organized and analyzed.
With this tool, we can efficiently collate and analyze data from thousands of cases to uncover trends and patterns that were previously hidden. We hope this tool will help make our justice system more transparent, fair, and informed.
