Poster Presentation: Wednesday, April 24, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 – 3 p.m.
This poster shows a portion of the work done in Dr. Tipping’s lab studying metabolic dysfunction associated with the neurogenerative disease, frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Our group focuses on dissection and immunostaining of drosophila brains and fat bodies as well as running various metabolic assays to visualize lipid stores and better understand how FTD impacts metabolism.
