Together, we have created a guidebook on how to survive your peer helping sessions. During your peer helping sessions, you are expected to meet once a week with a partner and have a mock therapy session for fifteen to twenty minutes. We know it all seems scary now, but trust us, we’ve got tips and tricks to make your session go as smoothly as possible. We have created a “book” for “dummies” to help you understand some of the things you will be faced with during the session and what you can do to become a superior worker for your client. We discuss various topics that you will find in the beginning, middle, and end of your session that we found to be crucial.
